When you get a referral, you may wonder what you can do to inspire the referral source to refer even more people to you. You'd think it would help if you rewarded them. And to a point that's true. However, getting this one right can be trickier than it seems.

This is a strategy I use a lot, especially for evening networking events - "Go Tag Team!"
 
Yes, I often entice my husband to join me at networking events especially evenings when I'm tempted to opt-out and not attend.  This way I get there and it generally makes the evening more fun... and successful. 
 

It's hard to believe that just a month ago I was on vacation in Oregon.  It all seems like a blur now so I couldn't help but take a peek at some of my photos to remember the rolling waves and sandy beaches.

As I was flipping through the images I was reminded of the  4th of July celebrations in Yachats we enjoyed. Yachats is a village of about 1000 people with loads of character a just a few miles down the road from the cabin.
